儿童智能手表再曝隐患:安全只是噱头?   新浪科技 丁壮   近日,央视《焦点访谈》栏目曝光了部分智能手表存在安全问题。在节目中,央视援引国内一家网络安全反馈机构的报告称:“儿童智能手表存在安全漏洞,可导致儿童被黑客实时监控,获取儿童的日常行走轨迹,以及实时环境声音。”   事实上,这不是央视第一次曝光儿童智能手表存在问题。去年9月,央视2套播出节目验证称,“儿童智能手表辐射超手机千倍”,坐实了此前在微博微信的相关传言,就曾引起一片恐慌。   儿童智能手表问题半年引发央视多次关注。安全专家指出,电子智能手表这类产品,确实存在信息安全隐患。目前大部分厂商都是传统电子制造商,对网络黑客攻击既无意识也无抵御能力。在传统电子制造业智能化改造过程中,曝出类似漏洞或成常态。   主打安全功能的儿童智能手表,似乎已成噱头。业内人士表示,儿童作为特殊消费群体,面向他们的电子消费产品本来就很少,随着家长对安全、沟通需求的提升,儿童智能手表在近两年迎来了爆发期,甚至连华为这样的厂商都想来分一杯羹。整个行业也存在过度营销,缺乏行业标准等问题。“目前,儿童智能手表行业,已经不太爱提安全了,更多的是主打手表的沟通功能”。   部分制造商缺乏专业指导   据新浪科技统计,在某网站收录的儿童智能手表产品库中,品牌已经超过了350个,目前在市面上售卖的也有超过150款。来自儿童手表品牌小天才的内部人士透露,在去年9月央视曝光手表辐射超标之前,市场上的品牌更多,产品更杂。后来,该消息被各方辟谣,即使证明了“辐射超手机千倍是谣言”,受此影响,儿童智能手表行业也面临了一次洗牌。   他还称,因为央视曝光日期正好在开学季,对销量影响较大,曝光后的一段时间,小天才的日销量大幅下降。此次同样处于开学季,面对央视的质疑,相关厂商都迅速做了回应。   搜狗糖猫称,到目前为止,尚未发现用户信息泄露案例。与其他采用第三方外包设计方案的品牌不同,糖猫从研发到维护均独立完成,采用搜狗自有的服务器和地图定位技术,不会出现信息泄露问题。如果因产品问题造成信息泄露经公安机关核实,官方最高将赔付10万元。与此同时,360儿童手表也回应,拥有自己的安全防护体系,已经对360儿童手表进行攻防测试,不会允许出现黑客攻击问题。   小天才内部人士表示,存在用户信息泄露风险的电话手表,多是由第三方传统电子厂商生产。大厂商都拥有自己的技术团队和独立的服务器,能够在一定程度上抵御黑客恶意攻击。目前,小天才、糖猫等厂商在协同工信部起草《可穿戴无线通信设备通用技术要求和测试方法》,提高行业门槛,避免山寨低端产品扰乱市场。   猎豹移动安全专家李铁军在接受新浪科技采访时指出,平时确实发现电子智能手表这类设备的漏洞很多,而且主要存在于服务端。一旦服务端被攻击,就可能导致儿童家庭信息泄露,甚至遭远程控制。李铁军认为,这类漏洞主要发生在传统制造厂商的产品中,因为他们在设计生产智能设备方面缺少专业指导。而互联网公司长期在灰色产业中对抗攻击,这方面存在的问题就很少。因为传统电子设备的智能改造是大趋势,但专业人才还未从互联网向智能设备制造业转移,信息安全问题会是一个长远的挑战。   营销误导消费者 安全或伪需求   其实,在儿童智能手表出现之初,就曾被质疑其主打的安全性是伪需求。从本质上来讲,儿童智能手表不过是一种基于GPS定位技术和通话功能的监测硬件,实际效果并不出色,还是难解儿童丢失的痛点。一旦摘下手表,所有的定位、沟通功能等于没有。   根据360儿给出的数据,儿童手表去年销量超过150万。来自小天才工厂的数据显示,2015年小天才在全国的销量约为180万部。除此之外,搜狗糖猫,阿巴町等多家厂商也销量可观。   儿童智能手表的销量最大的推手是营销,厂商纷繁复杂导致了营销手段多样。在营销轰炸下,部分家长已默认,给孩子配一部智能手表,已成降低孩子走失的可能性的最好手段。与此同时,智能手表厂商在儿童节目上的大手笔投入广告,这种产品已经深入到孩子们的心中。“砸钱打广告,销量快速上涨,成了后来者标配的手段”。   在营销方式上,各家也呈现差异化。步步高旗下小天才曾请出真人秀童星,将广告打得铺天盖地,在线下也开始自建渠道。而互联网安全公司360,则利用自己的从事网络安全基因,强调儿童手表的安全性和使用的舒适性。不同于小天才自建线下渠道,360、搜狗等都是以线上营销和销售为主。   目前市面上的几个主要厂商,在宣传时都逐渐放弃了安全一类的广告语,比如小天才“会打电话”,搜狗糖猫的“会讲故事”,360的“可以通话定位”等等。相关的主题文章:
